Due to the nature of martial arts Soft Hanbo can not give a warranty on its products.

Just as wooden and metal training weapons, so does bamboo only have a certain strength of material. By using the weapons for their intended purposes only, you will guarantee a longer lifespan for them.

Disclaimer

If the product you ordered is damaged at the moment of recieving, you can return it within 14 days. In case you find another product from our selection, we will exchange it.

The returned product must be unworn/unused and in the original package.

If these requirements are met, we will repay the money on your account (apart from shipment costs).

Attention! 

Parcels containing oversized products of 59 inches (150 cm) in length or more, are subject to additional shipping fees (except Estonia).
